Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at mobileconcreteandmasonry.com and your engagement with the services provided by Truegrade Mobile Concrete & Masonry ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Truegrade Mobile Concrete & Masonry is a masonry contractor based in Mobile, AL. We provide concrete and masonry services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining walls, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone work, block walls, outdoor kitchen masonry, walkway construction, and related work for residential and commercial properties.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Our services are available to customers located within our service area. Scope of work, materials, and methods for any specific project will be defined in a written proposal or contract provided prior to work beginning.
Estimates provided by Truegrade Mobile Concrete & Masonry are based on the information available at the time of assessment. A written estimate outlines the scope of work and the estimated cost. Estimates are not binding contracts until both parties have agreed to and signed a formal work agreement or accepted a written proposal.
Prices are subject to change if conditions discovered during work differ materially from what was visible during the initial assessment - for example, if additional structural damage is found once work begins. In such cases, we will notify you before proceeding with work that falls outside the original scope.
We do not guarantee pricing quoted verbally or via informal communication. All binding pricing must be confirmed in a written proposal or contract.
We make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed project dates. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and the completion of prior projects. We will communicate any changes to your scheduled date as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a confirmed start date may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs, as described in your written proposal.
We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work if site conditions become unsafe, if access to the property is obstructed, or if payment obligations under the project agreement are not met.
Payment terms for each project will be specified in the written proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless a different payment schedule has been agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of contracting. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in the project agreement.
In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend further work until the dispute is resolved. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collections process or pursued through legal channels in Alabama courts.
Warranty terms, if any, will be stated in the written project proposal or contract. Where a warranty is offered, it covers the specific work performed by Truegrade Mobile Concrete & Masonry and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, damage caused by the customer or third parties, or issues arising from conditions outside our control such as extreme weather events, soil movement beyond normal seasonal variation, or acts of nature.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If a dispute arises between you and Truegrade Mobile Concrete & Masonry regarding these Terms or any project, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Most issues can be resolved through a straightforward conversation.
If direct resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or through the courts of Alabama, as mutually agreed upon or as required by applicable law. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Alabama.
